When the guest has confirmed the booking, the guest should try to make arrangements with the host as soon as possible. It’s advised to organise the check-in time, meeting point and how to get the keys and instructions for the property as early on as possible.
Closer to the check-in date, the guest should ensure they have multiple contact methods for the host, e.g. email, mobile phone, landline, social media page, so that if any delays occur it’s easy to contact the host and let them know.
If you are due to check-in and your host doesn’t arrive, then please try to contact your host by multiple methods (phone, SMS, email etc). If you not able to contact your host or get no response after attempting to contact them, please contact RentalGuide24 as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist.
