Bookings made 106 days or more prior check-in:

  1. When booking 106 days or more prior check-in, the website requires 10% payment to secure the booking. This is a 10% non-refundable deposit paid to the website, which will cover any costs incurred if the guest cancels the booking after confirmation from the host. Read more about “Non-refundable amount”.

  2. 99 days or less prior to check-in the website requires the second and final payment, which is the balance or remaining 90%. The guest will get an email notification and the guest should log in to the account “Log-in to pay the remainder.

There are two payment choices: credit card or bank transfer with (TransferWise).

If the guest ticked “Automatic second payment by credit card” when making the initial booking, then the secure system will automatically charge the credit card the remainder of the balance.

If no second payment is made within the time period stated in the email, the website will cancel the booking. If there are any problems making the second payment, either by credit card or bank transfer, then please contact RentalGuide24 immediately.

Bookings made 105 days or less prior to check-in:

Any booking made 105 days or less prior to check in will require the full rental amount to be charged to the credit card when making the booking. If the property is not available or the host doesn’t respond to the booking within 48 hours, the website will automatically return the payment to guest.

Important: Check and read the Cancellation Policy carefully.

The 10% non-refundable amount is paid to the website, and the remaining 90% is covered by the host’s cancellation policy which will be detailed in the property listing. Read the property listing for details on when there may be a full or partial refund available if cancelled, or if it is entirely non-refundable.

Security Deposits are paid when the guest arrives to check-in to the property.
