The non-refundable amount is a fee RentalGuided24 charges to secure the guest a rental booking. It pays for our staff, maintenance of the website and credit cards charges. It’s 10% and is paid by the guest.
If you book a property more than 106 days in advance, you will make two payments. The first is the 10% non-refundable amount, and then 99 days prior to check-in the remainder of the balance or 90%, is paid.
