What is the Website’s Service Fee?

Service fees are the same as a booking fee, which the guest pays to the website. (Not to confused with the websites Non-refundable amount)

This service fee is calculated at (≈10%) of the total rental cost. It will cover the website’s costs for support, staff, our system and website, credit cards fees and bank fees etc.

The payment system we use is secure and provides peace of mind for the guest, as RentalGuide24 will hold the money paid for guest’s rental property until after the guest arrives. This protects the guest in case of any problems, or in the unlikely event that the property doesn’t exist. The payment remains secured and is not lost. (RentalGuide24 has a robust system to check that all properties are real, but this process will protect guests in case of any fraudulent activity by the host)

Guests must contact RentalGuide24 within 24 hours there are any problems, as RentalGuide24 transfers funds to the host between 24-48 hours after the guest has checked in to the rental property.
