RentalGuide24 Payments Process

1. The guest chooses a property on website.

2. The guest pays RentalGuide24 for the property rental and the host gets a message for this booking. The host must log in to the website and approve or deny the booking within 48 hours, otherwise the booking will automatically be cancelled by the website system.

3. The Host approves the booking, the payment will be accepted in the website system, and the payment from the guest is secured for the host. Both host and guest will receive an email with each other’s contact details.  Both host and guest need to arrange when and how to meet and deliver the keys and instructions on check-in day and to give/receive the Security Deposit.

The Website has two payment systems for the guest: if the guest books +106 days prior check-in we charge the guest 10% and the balance of 90% is charged to guest 99 days prior to check-in.

All bookings made 106 days or less prior check-in are charged in full to the guest at the time of booking.

4. Within 48 hours after guest check-in and arrived to the property, RentalGuide24 will transfer the money to the host. RentalGuide24 takes 7% of the total rental cost set by the host, including any extra add-ons that were charged to the guests prior to check-in. If the website receives any complaints from the guest within 24 hours we will hold the money until the issue is resolved.

5. The money will only be transferred to the (verified user’s) bank account that is listed in the host’s profile. We also have the option of sending via PayPal, however PayPal is normally a more expensive way to transfer money for both the website and the host. RentalGuide24 recommends bank transfers for all money transfers between the website and the host.


Verified Users (Host or owner)

Important! We will only transfer money to verified users (host). Please log in to your account and become verified. If you forget to be verified and have rental money to collect, we will remind you before RentalGuide24 transfer your money. This is all for security and peace of mind for both the host and the website.
