What is verified host

Verified Users are hosts/owners that RentalGuide24 has confirmed the legitimacy of the details of the person/company behind the listing or multiple listings.
Being Verified means that the guests feel more confident and your listing is trustworthy.
Hosts also need to be Verified so RentalGuide24 can transfer money to the host after a successful rental. (If you haven’t been verified, we will remind you before any bank transfer, please note there can be a short delay in the process.)

How to become verified host

Log in to your account: Log In » [My panel] » My account » Profile change » “Overview” scroll down to “Verified host” . Click on “Make me a verified host” and we will send an email with instructions.

When verification are complete you get a badge showing that you are a “Verified Host” on your listing(s).
This email system we use are secure (https) protocol for safety. Your very private information is safe to send, we don’t share any information with third parties or sell your information, it is only for our own records.
This information is not stored on the website and very few people have access to this information.
We know that this is very private information, but in order to ensure we are making payments to the right person and that the host/owner will safely get the money transferred for the rental we have established. This process needs to be done to confirm the legitimacy of the host.
