Cancellation Policies

Rentalguide24 allows host of the property to choose among five different cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, Strict 30, Super strict 60 & 99) and the “Long Term” cancellations policy who applies to all reservations of 45 nights or more. This all policies are to enforce and protect both guest and host equal. Each listing and reservation on the website will clearly state the cancellation policy. Guests may cancel a reservation if policy allows, Log in » “My panel” » “Booking” This is the only way an official cancellation are done to RentalGuide24.

Flexible: 75% refund up until 14 days prior to check-in, except RentalGuide24 non-refundable amount.

  • If a "Security Deposit" are set, guest should pay to host at arrival only.
  • Note: Long Term cancellation policy applies to all reservations of 45 nights or more.
  • Hosts add-ons are always refunded if the guest cancels and not check-in.
  • Rentalguide24 "Non-refundable amount" are not refundable.
  • Reservations who are split up in two payments, if second payment not paid in time, we try to contact guest and if we fail, reservation will be canceled.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to RentalGuide24 within 24 hours of check-in.
  • RentalGuide24 will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

For a 75% refund, cancellation must be made at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

If the guest cancels less than 14 days prior check-in, first night is not refundable, other remaining nights will be 50% refunded.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation are 50% refunded.

Long Term cancellations policy applies to all reservations of 45 nights or more. (If Host accept long term reservations).

If the guest booking a long term stay and decides to cancels the long term reservation before Check-in date, 28 nights will not be refunded.

Regardless of the check-out date of a reservation, the guest will not be refunded 28 nights following the cancellation date, or up to the check-out date of the guest’s original reservation, if the remaining nights of the original reservation is less than 28 nights.

Moderate: 75% refund up until 30 days prior to check-in, except RentalGuide24 non-refundable amount.

For a full refund, cancellation must be made more than 99 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

If the guest cancel 99 days or less prior check-in, no refund.
